  2. Condition: Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
  3. Exclusions:
    • Customized or personalized prints cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.
    • Clearance or final sale items are not eligible for returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@mywallprints.co with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions.
  3. Ship the Item: Package the item securely and include your RA number. Ship to the address provided in the return instructions. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refund Policy

  1. Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving your returned item.
  2. Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
  3. Non-Refundable Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Damaged or Defective Items
